If there are delays, it usually means the order has not shipped yet.

Why Your Package is Not Moving
Newly shipped orders
When an order is first shipped, the tracking number may be created before the parcel is fully scanned into the carrier’s system.
This means:
- The tracking link may show no information
- Status may appear as “label created” or inactive
- Updates can take up to one week to appear
This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.
If it still doesn’t update after 7 days, feel free to contact us.
Transit delays after activation
Once tracking becomes active, updates may still pause due to:
- Carrier backlogs
- Transfers between sorting facilities
- Customs processing
- Weekends and public holidays
In these cases, the parcel is usually still moving even if no updates are shown.
If the Order is Stuck for More than 75 Days (EU 45 Days)
If your tracking shows no movement at all for an extended period, the order may be reviewed for reship eligibility.
General guidelines:
- 75 days with no movement for non-EU orders
- 45 days with no movement for EU orders
If eligible, the package will be reshipped. In general EU orders and US orders are eligible for reships, but please see our shipping and reshipping guide for detailed information.
Important exclusions
Reship eligibility does not apply to:
- Orders marked as delivered
- Returned shipments
- Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability
Each case is reviewed based on tracking data and delivery status.
Before contacting support
Please make sure that:
- Your tracking has been inactive for the full time period listed above
- You have checked the tracking link directly on the carrier’s site
- Your delivery address is correct
This helps speed up the review process.
