If there are delays, it usually means the order has not shipped yet.

Why you may not have received a tracking code yet
1. Your order is not yet processing
If you have an account, log in and check your order status in the dashboard.
If you checked out as a guest, look for an email confirming that your order is processing.
If the order is still marked as pending or on hold, it has not entered shipping yet and no tracking code is generated.
2. Your order is processing, but not shipped yet
Once an order is marked as processing, it is usually shipped within:
- ~5 business days
- ~8 calendar days on average
During busy periods, warehouse handling times may be longer.

Tracking codes are created only after shipment, not during processing.
3. Your order is completed
If your order status is completed, the tracking code should be available:
- In your account dashboard (if logged in)
- In the shipping confirmation email
If you don’t see it, check:
- Spam / junk folder
- The original email used at checkout
Important notes
- Tracking information may take up to a week to show movement after it is issued
- Weekends and holidays can delay updates
- Tracking codes are not generated for orders that have not shipped yet
