This live status shows the average warehouse processing time, calculated weekly from recently shipped orders to give a realistic estimate of current dispatch conditions.
Our warehouse processes and ships most orders within around 5 working days on average (typically 7–8 calendar days from order to dispatch).
The chart above shows historical weekly averages, giving you a transparent estimate of how long recent orders took to ship. This helps reflect real conditions rather than fixed promises.
Please note that during known peak periods — such as Black Friday, major sales events, and occasionally — processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. When this happens, it will be reflected in the weekly status above.

How This Estimate Works
This status is calculated using real completed orders from our warehouse.
For each week shown, we calculate the average processing time (from order placed to order shipped) for orders completed during that week.
Because this is an average, it does not represent every individual order. Some orders may ship faster, while others may take longer depending on order size, destination, stock allocation, and overall warehouse volume at the time.
Green Bar – Normal
- What it means: Processing is running normally.
- Typical dispatch time: 5–6 working days
- What to expect: Most orders are packed and shipped within the usual time frame. (Up to 8 days or 5-6 days.)
Yellow — Minor delays
- What it means: Slightly slower than normal, usually due to higher volume.
- Typical dispatch time: 6–7 working days
- What to expect: Your order is still moving normally, but packing may take an extra day or two.
Orange — Medium delays
- What it means: Noticeable backlog / moderate processing delays.
- Typical dispatch time: 7–8 working days
- What to expect: Dispatch may take longer than usual. This can happen around busy periods (for example Black Friday).
Red — Delays
- What it means: High volume or operational slowdown causing longer processing times.
- Typical dispatch time: Over 8 working days
- What to expect: Dispatch may take significantly longer than normal until backlog clears. If this occur we’ll make sure you will know before you order, if we know about it in advanced.
